Communications Director<\/h4>

We are looking for\u00a0<\/span>someone with\u00a0<\/span>creativ<\/span>ity, leadership skills and\u00a0<\/span>experience in a communications role to\u00a0<\/span>lead external and internal communications<\/span>\u00a0across the whole of Agap\u00e9 UK<\/span>, enabl<\/span>ing<\/span>\u00a0us to increase awareness of Agap\u00e9 UK and build engagement with our wide variety of audiences.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Managing a small central communications\u00a0<\/span>department<\/span>, and working with communication colleagues across the organi<\/span>s<\/span>ation, you will be responsible for delivering our communications strategy and plans, strengthening our new\u00a0<\/span>brand<\/span>\u00a0and increasing visibility of our work to help people discover Jesus together.<\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/p>

IT Assistant\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>

We are looking for someone<\/span>\u00a0to\u00a0<\/span>play a key role in the day-to-day running of our Office 365 admin suite and other internal systems<\/span>\u00a0to support our staff<\/span>, as well as the maintenance and development of our websites in WordPress<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>This is a crucial role for our organisation as we seek to bring innovation, systems, and tools to mobilise the Body of Christ for digital ministry.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

You will need to have confidence, and an aptitude for general IT\u00a0<\/span>and a<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>minimum of 3 A levels or equivalent is required, preferably including computer science or maths.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Experience with Office 365 administration and in working as part of an administrative team is preferred, though we are looking for someone we can train to thrive in this role.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Like many other Christian charities, Agap\u00e9 UK staff members raise funds to cover their own salary and expenses. With plenty of training and help, staff members develop a team of people who regularly pray for them, encourage them, and give financially towards their work. This can seem daunting, but for over 50 years, God has provided for hundreds of UK staff in this way.<\/span><\/p>\n
