a) When you place an order for any product by submitting a completed order form on the website your contract with us will commence when we, Agape Ministries Ltd (from here on referred to as ‘Agapé UK’), confirm acceptance of your order by automatic email (‘Contract”). We agree that we will supply the products listed on the said order.

b) These Terms and Conditions shall govern the Contract to the exclusion of any other Terms and Conditions. Failure by Agapé UK to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these Terms and Conditions.

c) Any advice or recommendations given by any representative of Agapé UK to you relating to a product, which is not confirmed in writing by Agapé UK, will not be binding on Agapé UK.

d) Variations to these Terms and Conditions may from time to time be made available on the website.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Agapé UK does not warrant that descriptions of products or other content of this website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Your sole remedy, should products be other than described on the website, is to return the products in an unused state.

a) Credit and debit cards are accepted as payment through Stripe.

b) All payments by credit or debit cards will be taken prior to dispatch of the products. Any fraudulent use of credit or debit cards will be notified to the authorities along with any identification details that were supplied with the order.

c) Any refund made to your credit or debit card shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant issuing bank and therefore be subject to any time delay as specified by the issuing bank. We will not be liable for any delay that is outside our control. A correct cardholder name and address must be supplied at the time of ordering where it is different from your name and address.

a) For standard delivery, we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days on receipt of order.

b) If you do not take delivery of the products or give Agapé UK adequate delivery instructions, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage or deterioration to the products delivered.

c) If you do not receive all the goods as specified on your original order, you must notify Agapé UK in writing within 21 days from the date of order. If you do not inform Agapé UK in writing within the specified time then no liability will be attached to Agapé UK. In any event, any loss or damage you suffer as a result of such a delivery shall be limited to the price of the goods not delivered or the cost of replacement products.

d) Risk of loss and title of the products pass to you on delivery by us to the relevant carrier.

e) If you provide delivery instructions we will try our best to accommodate them. However we cannot guarantee that specific instructions will be followed by the delivery company.

f) Christmas: Orders are not processed between 20 December and 2 January. They will be dispatched for delivery in the New Year.

g) Bank Holidays: Orders are not processed on UK bank holidays.

h) We are able to deliver orders globally. We are unable to guarantee any delivery times for overseas orders.

i) We offer a ‘next day’ delivery service in mainland UK for delivery the next working day. These orders are normally sent via UK Mail courier service or Royal Mail Special Delivery and orders must be placed before 1pm (Monday – Friday) to qualify. Orders are not processed at weekends. All next day delivery orders require a signature on delivery so someone must be available to sign for the delivery at your shipping address. Whilst the UK Mail and Royal Mail Special Delivery service are next day services we cannot guarantee the reliability of the courier and accept no liability for any losses suffered if your order arrives late.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days of acceptance by us of your order for the products by giving us written notice of withdrawal. Agapé UK shall credit your credit or debit card for the price of the cancelled order (excluding postage and packaging if dispatched) within 7 working days. If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel, the customer is liable for the return postage costs. Refunds will not be paid until the goods have been returned.

Agapé UK warrants that the products will correspond with the order at the time of delivery and will be free from defects on delivery. If Agapé UK is in breach of this warranty you shall notify Agapé UK within 21 days from the date of order. On receiving a notice of failure of warranty Agapé UK may, at its sole discretion either replace all the faulty products or refund the price of the products that are defective.

Agapé UK may withdraw the sale or distribution of any products produced without prior notice, or liability, to you.

All material included on this site including but not limited to graphics, logos, icons, text and software is the property of Agapé UK or its content providers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

Agapé UK grants you the right to use this website for your personal use. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use or derivative use of the website or its contents. No part of the site may be used for commercial purposes without being expressly authorised by Agapé UK.

a) This website is provided by Agapé UK on an “as is” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind express or implied as to the operation of this site or the information content materials or products included on this site. You agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.

b) To the full extent permissible by applicable law Agapé UK disclaims all warranties express or implied including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

c) Agapé UK does not warrant that this website its servers or e-mail sent from Agapé UK are free from viruses or other harmful components.

d) Agapé UK will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this website including but not limited to damages for consequential loss.

e) These exclusions of liability will not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Agapé UK or any of its employees or agents.

The Contract and these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
